"This property was exactly what we were looking for in planning our trip to OKC. It was less than 10 minutes away from family and close to everything we wanted to do while we were there. The property was clean, and the host was very good about communicating things with us. On our particular trip, the washer wasn't working, but the owner noted that a new one would be delivered soon. It wasn't a problem for us, as we didn't need to use it, but I appreciated the heads-up. The beds were...

"The owner of this property double booked the house so we didn’t get to stay and had to find a motel at the last minute. He blamed the double booking on VRBO and it was never made clear how it got double booked. My recommendation would be to keep verifying the reservation not only with VRBO but this particular owner."

"This house is smack dab right on a Main Street with abandoned buildings in front of it where homeless people hang out felt very unsafe especially when someone tried opening the back door at 3am woke up to banging on the back door my dog barking I let him out and he chased who ever was there down the street, lights inside were flickering and tv kept turning off randomly, it also had a very cold draft in the main room. "The apartment is cute with a very industrial minimalist feel. It was great for our family of 4 for a few days. Deep cleaning may be needed in/outside showers and kitchen towels would have beneficial. There was an annoying beeping coming from an outside closet and you could hear it inside the apartment. Very annoying all through the night. Our host was very responsive about a matter when we first arrived but she never addressed my message about the beeping. But other than that it was an ok...

"It smelled a little odd when I first got there but that went away after I turned on the A/C. The apartment appeared very clean, however. As of 4/8, the mattress has two massive, body-shaped divots that you migrate into no matter what; the couch is hard, lumpy, ripped and stained. TV works well, A/C works well and there is a nice stock of soaps, towels and linens. I didn’t use the fridge or freezer but they appeared functional. The bikes each had a low tire and no pump is available in-unit. "

"Very accommodating for our Older Adult group. The house is arranged by suite like rooms, each with their own bathroom area. The main room allowed us to move chairs in from the kitchen and it held 20 people in the circle. We had game players in the garage and outdoor pickleball court. Everyone enjoyed having the pool available. The AC worked great in such hot, Oklahoma weather."
