I had stayed Friday through Wednesday and I had asked twice in a row for our towels to be picked up not only that but I had asked two more times for more room towels because our room was not kept up with other than that service was OK."

"We enjoyed our stay at bantr Grand Hotel Wausau. The property and room were clean, and the staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub are really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The next morning we enjoyed a delicious complimentary continental breakfast. My only feedback to the hotel is it the outside of the property needs better lighting, it was really dark in the parking lot. Also inside, a lot of light bulbs needed replacing in stair wells and hallways. Did not take away from...

"The pool was closed all weekend, leaving guests without access. Breakfast was quite limited, offering only oatmeal, cereal, waffles, yogurt, and some fruit, much of which was already gone. The ceiling above the bathtub leaked whenever the room above us used water, creating a persistent drip. Inside the room, there was only a tiny trash can, and the drawers tended to stick.
