Nestled just 400 metres from local shops, the residence is also well served by transport: the Carras tram station is located 2 km away, Nice Côte d'Azur airport is 4 km away and Nice Thiers station is 5 km away. You can thus easily reach the city's points of interest, while enjoying the surrounding tranquillity.
STAY & LIVING SPACE
The apartment is appealing from the entrance with its brightness and beautiful volumes. The living room is spacious, bathed in natural light thanks to large bay windows that open onto a spectacular 41 m² terrace. It offers a friendly relaxation space with television, fans and a pleasant view of the sea and the residence's swimming pool. The modern furniture and soft tones enhance this welcoming atmosphere.

The apartment has two comfortable and well-arranged bedrooms. Thanks to a modular configuration and a sofa bed in the living room, it can accommodate up to 6 people. The bedrooms are bright, quiet, and offer plenty of storage space.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival
I chose to arrive by air
Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:
The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.
I chose to arrive by train
The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.
I chose to arrive by car
There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.

Check in war unkompliziert da wir später angereist sind haben wir den Schlüssel aus einer Schlüsselbox in der Stadt abgeholt. Wir sind wirklich enttäuscht das einzig gute an diesem Appartement war die Terrasse. Wir hatten ständig Stromausfälle letzte 2 Tage nur kaltes Wasser. Offen liegende Kabeln und teilweise nicht funktionierende Steckdosen. Küche gut ausgestattet aber schmutzig und schon sehr abgenutzt. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage nur einen Ventilator. Es war unerträglich heiß Nachts. Auf Anfrage haben wir einen 2 bekommen da der 1 nach der ersten Nacht kaputt gegangen ist.

We were supplied with gate fob that did not work and address that was impossible to find. Property did not exist inside complex, instead was outside and 300 meter up hill. We had to get a hotel 1st night due to no access and when we requested refund for 1st night, property manager did not return calls. Property manager insisted fob worked until he came and found out it did not work. Unit looked like it was under renovation. Outlets pulled out of walls(would not be to code and extremely dangerous to a small child) Living room had ceiling damage that looked in process of being repaired.
