You can reach Nice station in a few minutes on foot, in order to take a train in the direction of Cannes, Monaco, San Remo or simply in 5 minutes the magnificent beaches of St Jean-cap Ferrat.

CAR PARK
The public car park, which is located a 2-minute walk from the accommodation, offers you parking packages at the Neoparking parking Thiers site at a reduced price.

ROUTE:
From the airport take bus N ° 99 which takes you to Nice train station.
From Nice-Ville train station, rue Berlioz and the apartment are less than 5 minutes on foot. With the magnificent Nice-Ville train station in your back, you take rue Thiers on your right, then rue Berlioz is the 4th on your left. You stop at number 45. If you continue down this Berlioz street, you will find yourself on the Promenade des Anglais.

ARRIVAL:
Throughout your stay, Thierry who lives in Nice will be there when needed. He will come to welcome you at the apartment and give you the keys.
Please note, in case of late arrival (after 8:00 p.m.), a supplement will be required.

TOURIST TAX AND GUARANTEE DEPOSIT:
- On arrival, you will be asked to pay the tourist tax (local tax for the city of Nice) which corresponds to € 1 per night and per person.
