A getaway for two in Marina Baie des Anges: an 18-square-meter studio on the first floor of the Ducal, featuring a 160 × 200 cm bed and a private 14-square-meter terrace with a jacuzzi. Reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen. Beach, harbor, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. In-person check-in at Family’s Brunch. Maximum two guests; check-out by 11 a.m.

THE STUDIO
18 m² on Level 0, with a 160 × 200 cm bed, reversible air conditioning, and a smart TV (Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube with your personal accounts). Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linens, two large and two small towels provided.

14 m² PRIVATE TERRACE
Private hot tub for two people, dining table, coffee table, and umbrella. Use of the hot tub included. Bubbles allowed from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.; after 10 p.m., enjoy it without bubbles and in peace.

KITCHEN AND LINENS
Stovetop, microwave with grill, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, and utensils. Washing machine, dryer, iron, clothesline, and hair dryer. Coffee, tea, a dose of laundry detergent, and shower gel are provided in the welcome kit.

Maximum of two people, including infants and visitors. Pets and parties are prohibited. No smoking indoors; smoking is permitted on the terrace. Please be considerate of the neighbors. Hot tub: maximum two people; bubbles allowed only from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.; cover must be replaced after use.
Check-in from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. By prior request: €20 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, €40 from 10:00 PM to midnight. After midnight, prior approval is required. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in subject to availability and to be confirmed on the day of arrival; late check-out permitted only by special arrangement. Luggage storage at Family’s must be arranged with the staff.
Public parking subject to availability and signage; no private parking spaces guaranteed.

Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. Jacuzzi bubbles are permitted only from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. After 10:00 PM, use is permitted without bubbles and must be quiet.
Jacuzzi: Maximum two people; shower beforehand; no foaming products or oils; no food or glass in the water. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Replace the cover after each use. Maintenance, cleaning products, and water level are managed exclusively by our staff.
Check-out by 11:00 a.m. Please leave the accommodation in good condition and the hot tub turned on, with the heater set to 39 °C.
