We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Cagnes-sur-Mer, this charming air-conditioned studio at 100 meters of the beach, with swimming pool, in a building of standing, of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it has a nice living room of 26 m², an open plan kitchen, a shower room and you can enjoy a terrace. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 26 m² with TV, sofa, armchair, dining area and a queen-size bed (160×200).
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A swimming pool (shared, not heated) open from the end of May to the end of September (opening date not contractual), fenced with secure access, reserved for residents.
- A south-west facing terrace of 12 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in Cagnes-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment, in the heart of the Cros de Cagnes district, 100 metres from the small port, the beach and the seaside promenade. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Relaxation and water sports: sailing, diving, water-skiing, boat hire.
- Visiting the town: Parc des Bugadières, Grimaldi castle and museum (Renoir, Matisse, Escofier, Fondation Maeght...)
- Shopping at Polygone Riviera, Cap 3000, cinema, casino...
- Markets: City centre market, Les Artisanales du Cros, Italian market...
- Visit of the surrounding towns and villages : Haut-de-Cagnes, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Biot, Grasse, Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Tourrettes sur Loup...
- Monaco is about 30 minutes away by car.
- Italy is about 40 minutes away by car.
- Theme parks: Marineland, Canyon Forest...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free near the residence (visitor parking spaces available at the 2 entrances of the residence, the nearest one under the pines on the left about 50m and the seaside entrance: 150 m). Free parking on the seafront at 150 m.

As far as other means of transport are concerned, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Cagnes-sur-Mer train station located 10 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur airport located about 10 minutes away by car.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be asked (payment on site).
