"The property was gorgeous, just like the pictures. The communication was great from start to finish. They cleaned the apartment early to accommodate our early arrival which was great! The place had plenty of items we needed for our stay. Only a few minor complaints; there were no lights in the living room that worked so it was very dark, we had a lot of trouble with the tv working, the volume kept going out so we couldn’t watch tv at night. Also, the main bedroom had a terrible smell coming...

"The Apartament has a great location, near to the beach and the Vieux Nice! We had a small problem with the washing machine and Stanislas was disponible and quickly helped us! He is a very nice and friendly person. The apartment has everything that a traveler needs and it is very confortable. Ir can be a little noisy in the night, because there are a lot of bars in its streets. But it is ok if you close the widows. It wasn't a big problem for us. Thank you, Stanislas!"

"Unit was great very quiet, having lift was a must as on 4 th floor all amenities available well equiped great communication easy instructions to get key. Not sure where sea views are 10 min walk to tram to go down to beach area about 15 min ride would stay again"

"Ottima esperienza nella casa di Youssef, appartamento ben tenuto , pulito e dotato di ogni comfort dalla macchina del caffè alla tv moderna con accesso a Netflix, ogni strumento necessario era a disposizione : lavatrice, lavastoviglie doccia grande due lavandini . In cucina forno a microonde, bollitore è un sacco di prodotti pronti per vivere immediatamente la casa ( sale , olio ecc) I letti anche i divani letto molto comodi materassi ottimo e cuscini per supporto cervicale .
