Holiday Home on the Heights of Nice

The air-conditioned holiday home is located on the heights of Saint-Laurent-du-Var, in close proximity to Nice.



It can accommodate up to 4 people, making it ideal for two couples or a couple with three children. Baby equipment is available on request.



Just 5 km from the beaches and 7 km from the airport, the holiday home is at the gateway to the Nice hinterland and its typical perched villages. Leaflets will be provided to help you organise your visits.



The holiday home, completely independent and not overlooked, offers an area of 65 m². It includes two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen, and a living room opening onto a private garden of about 200 m².



You will enjoy a 30 m² terrace with sun loungers, a barbecue in the garden, a garden table and chairs, as well as an awning so you can dine outside, with a sea view from the terrace.



The sea is 5 km away and shops are 2 km away. The holiday home is close to Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Nice, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, Vence, Gattières, and Saint-Jeannet.



Parking is available for your car. Electricity is to be paid on site according to your consumption, based on the current rate. Bed linen is available for an extra charge, but you may also bring your own.



An invoice can be provided for company committees on request.
