Enjoy a spacious home away from home in Villefranche Sur Mer with sought after panoramic views of St Jeàn Cap Ferrat and Villefranche Sur Mer Bay located in a secure gated private domaine. Our home is the perfect location if you fancy exploring the region from different beaches , a day trip in Monaco(20 min non rush hour), Eze, Beaulieu, St Jéan Cap Ferrat, Nice or venture further afield to Italy (Bordighera, San Remo), Menton, Cannes and Antibes. Villefranche village is a 7 min drive, Nice port and the old town (10-12min). Eze, Beaulieu and St Jean are all between 8-10 min drive.

Or avoid the crowds and stay at home and relax in your private heated pool* enjoying the views from above, sit and have an apéro as you watch the boats/yachts visit these waters or play pétanque with family and friends. Wherever you go in the villa you will be able to soak up this incredible view.

The villa is 300 sqm with 5 bedrooms and an office with a comfortable sofa bed (double). All bedrooms have double beds and air conditioning. Four out of the five bedrooms including the office have direct views to the sea and the rest of the house. All mattresses are made from high quality French brands including 2 x Sofitel MyBed Mattress and Base. There is also a Hauck travel cot and Stokke baby chair to make the little ones stay comfortable.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your daily needs including a Nespresso machine with capsules, oven, oven/toaster, kettle, hob, a fridge/freezer with ice maker and Weber BBQ.

The supermarket is located a few meters from the domain gate which has an array of fresh produce and a good selection of products for your daily needs. Intermarché supermarket is open daily from 8:00-21:00. There is a fantastic butchers close by (5 minute drive) in the Col de Villefranche ideal for your BBQ needs, a boulangerie for your fresh baguettes and croissants, a pharmacy and a petrol station.
