This charming 50m² apartment, renovated and tastefully decorated is fully airconditioned. You have side sea view from the living room balcony!



LIVING ROOM:

The stylish living area is designed for comfort and relaxation. It features a comfortable sofa, an armchair with a footstool, two coffee tables, a console table, two bookcases, and a decorative mirror. Step out onto the private balcony, where two chairs and a table provide the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink. The elegant dining area comfortably seats four guests.





KITCHEN:

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It includes an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and a four-burner hob, making it perfect for everything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner.



BEDROOMS:

The first bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) for a restful night's sleep. It also features a TV, a wardrobe, and a full-length mirror. The private ensuite shower room includes a shower and washbasin, providing added comfort and convenience.

BATHROOMS:

The apartment features two shower rooms and one separate toilet. The ensuite bathroom connected to the first bedroom includes a shower and washbasin, while the second, separate shower room is also equipped with a shower and washbasin. A separate toilet is conveniently located in the apartment and is shared by both bedrooms.

The apartment is located on 3rd floor WITHOUT elevator.

- By confirming the reservation for this property, the tenant/ guest accepts our Terms & Conditions



- All of our properties are strictly non-smoking - including balconies and terraces.



- They are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.



- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).



- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.



- Pre-Check-in Information - To make your arrival as smooth as possible, you will receive a secure link after your booking to complete a short online pre-check-in form through our property management system.

The form only takes a few minutes to complete and helps us prepare everything for your stay and your check-in. It also enables us to comply with French legal requirements for short-term rental accommodations.



- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience. You will find out more about our upsells in the Pre-Check-In message you will receive about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.



- Baby travel cot and high chair can be book through our Pre-Check-In form 3 weeks prior to your stay (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In). Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
