Fijne uitvalsbasis!

We hebben hier een week verbleven met uitstappen naar Cannes, Antibes, Monaco,... De trein, bakker, winkeltje, restaurants, het strand, alles op wandelafstand. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.

Une semaine caniculaire mais fort heureusement l'appartement était a l'ombre l'après midi et la clim fonctionnait a merveille. La mer et la gare SNCF sont 5 mn .pratique lorsqu'on n'a pas de véhicule. Je recommande

Never book with Interhome. We traveled as a family with two young children. On our second night, we returned to our apartment and couldn't unlock the door. We repeatedly called the property manager, but he didn't answer. After over an hour locked outside with our children, we called the police. When the manager finally responded, he yelled at us and blamed us for breaking the lock instead of helping. Only after a neighbor translated did he send a locksmith, and we didn't get back inside until 11:30 p.m. The police documented the items that had been stolen from our apartment at 2 am that night. The manager never came to check on us or offer assistance. When I contacted Interhome, they told me it wasn't their responsibility. If a family experiencing a break-in isn't considered an emergency, what is? The problems started before that. We arrived at 10:00 p.m. to find no toilet paper, no towels despite paying for them, and an incorrect Wi-Fi password. Instead of helping, the manager insisted we were entering it incorrectly. There were signs everywhere to take out the garbage and to return the keys by 10 am or face additional charges. It was clear that enforcing penalties mattered far more thatn providing basic hospitality After years of traveling around the world, this was by far the worst customer service I've experienced. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others: if something goes wrong, don't expect Interhome to help.
