"The service was excellent very helpful. I had left something in the room. The main service housekeeping called me after I’ve already left and checked out to tell me to come back and get what I left in the room. Very honest people breakfast was great. Casino was awesome is connected to the Motel second time. I’ve stayed there definitely five star for me. "

"Great place to stay"

"My stay at the hotel was great. My check-in experience however, was not so great. I paid through Expedia. When I arrived, I was asked to put a credit card on file which is fine however, I woke up to multiple transactions in the morning. I was assured that these charges would fall off after they figured out what actually happened at that time however here it is a week later the issue is still not resolved, and I am having to continuously contact the Hotel to get this rectified the front desk...

"Pros: The room had recently been renovated. The beds were comfortable. It had a TV. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room; however, the freezer section had old ice debris in it. Cons: For $90/nite, this was a ripoff. It was as bare bones as I've ever seen. There was no breakfast, no coffeemaker in the room, no iron, no hair dryer, no bedside light, no tissues, the smallest sliver of soap possible (for both shower and sink). The shampoo/conditioner was a thin foil pouch. The air...

"Clean room and amenities. The female manager, was very rude to a homeless man and’s embarrassed him in front of a crowd of hotel guests & we were all very appalled by her snooty & unkind words to him. He only asked for a cup of coffee. She was such an ugly personal. Could’ve given him a banana or something. He’s a human being!"
