Your own private oasis in Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada

This super clean apt includes a queen size bed, a TV in the living room with cable, your own bathroom, two sofas in the living room, a front porch on a quiet street and your own private entrance. There is a refrigerator available with free water, breakfast nutrition bar and juice and a microwave.
We have been running a vacation rental suite for many years and have listed many of the best restaurants (ie. best cheap eats, moderately priced and top end restaurants). We have also listed many of the tourist sights that are often over looked, many of which are free.

The property and offered amenities at the Oasis are great. Comfortable, clean. The porch being a lovely spot for a morning coffee. There aren’t kitchen facilities but the fridge, coffee maker in the sitting area provide what’s needed for an overnight. The location (neighborhood) is a bit run down but guess that’s why it’s called an oasis. Communication was timely and smooth. It was a bit further from the Falls than we expected so we decided to drive (and pay for parking). Something to consider if you plan to spend the day on foot.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and bed was comfortable. They changed one of the couches out for a table and chairs which was nice to have. Didn't realize when we booked it there isn't a full kitchen but that was our fault for not noticing. It's convenient to a bus stop so we didn't have to pay for parking. The tv was rather grainy and not good quality not other than that it was a nice stay.

Quiet Niagara Falls Getaway

Our stay at this quiet Niagara Falls apartment was perfect! The host contacted us several times--once to make sure that we knew how to check in and then again to make sure that we had everything we needed. The location is perfect to access the falls, as well as, Niagara on the Lake and the Botanic Gardens. Although it is about 2 miles from the falls it is easily walkable or accessible by public transportation.

Absolutely gorgeous!

What a gorgeous place! We loved it! Sitting on that patio to have coffee and meals was very enjoyable, the living area was very cozy, and everything was clean and organized. They even had a booklet outlining some things you could see in the area and places to eat, which was very helpful. I'd advise anyone staying here to keep their car parked at the property and get a day pass to use the transit system in the area. It takes you to almost all of the attractions and you don't have to pay crazy amounts of money for parking. We will be staying here again FOR SURE! Just something for the owners: your listing says there is a jacuzzi tub as one of the amenities. We weren't expecting one as the ad has enough pictures to show there isn't one, but it would be a good idea to edit that out just in case.

So convenient and comfortable

This property is so close to the river, yet far enough from the center of Niagara Falls, that it is quiet and peaceful. We took the WeGo buses everywhere. It was so easy!! Beautiful - highly recommend!

Convient location when visiting Niagra!

Stayed for one night while passing through the falls. Location is very central to all the tourist attractions. Everything was ready for us, very cute and clean little place- it was just what we needed for our stay. Private parking was a plus too! Thank you again! 😊

Perfect

What is readily apparent when arriving at the property is the pride the owners take in maintaining their home. Although Spring had not quite arrived, the front steps are flanked by gorgeous trees. The front patio has comfortable seating, complete with helpful subtle lighting to assist should you arrive after dinner and sunset. Speaking of dining, inquiries for suggestions for local restaurant options were not only answered promptly, but the list provided was extensive. I chose the first recommendation and it was simply a fantastic meal. Proximity to downtown is fantastic, 10 minute drive or Uber, but the property is on a quiet street. Best of both worlds. I definitely recommend and I look forward to returning as well.

Comfy Cute Place

We only stayed one night. We came up to see Niagara Falls and then headed home on Sunday The place is small, but definitely comfy and cozy. Has a fireplace with a small living room and decent size bedroom. We were sorry we weren’t able to stay longer.!

Cosy and clean, perfect for 2! Had everything we needed. Contacted the hosts a couple of times and received immediate responses. They were great with recommendations-a duotang full of info ready in the room when we arrived, and personalized recommendations when chatting with us. Nice decor, loved the lamps and the nightstands, especially. Lovely private porch to enjoy a glass of wine. Wish we could have stayed longer! AAA Review, would stay again. Would give 6 stars if we could!

This a wonderful gem of a place to stay.

This is our second visit to this location. We love it because it’s away from the hustle and bustle, but not to far away. The hosts here are amazing and responded to any questions we had quickly. The place is comfortable and the bed is VERY comfortable. Having the front porch to sit on and relax and have a drink, even in December is the best after a busy day around the Falls and NOTL. I would highly recommend this spot.

Our trip to Niagara Falls

We are Americans, but I have to say, stay on the Canadian side for the best views and tours. Clint and Rob’s suite was both clean and comfortable. Although it is on the small side, it has everything you need. The bed is a queen and very comfortable. The porch adds more room during warm weather. The hosts are a text away from anything you need. One of the best things going for this VRBO is the location. It is conveniently located just off River Road - turn right and you’re minutes away from all of the falls attractions. About that - parking is very expensive. Be sure to drive past the power station to the parking lots there. They charge $30 maximum, whereas the small lots along the attractions are $10/half hour. Do go through the power plant tunnel and the Journey Behind the Falls. Both put you amazingly close to below the falls. Turn left out of Elgin St. and you are less than 30 minutes to wineries and Niagara on the Lake. NOTL is a pretty town on the shores of Lake Ontario. Go during the week to avoid some of the crowds. We got to Niagara in mid-October when the colors are amazing and the crowds are not as big. Finally, Clint and Rob have a list of good places to eat that are spot on. We would stay at Clint and Rob’s again.

My husband and I stayed at Oasis from September 27th to 29th. We found the property to be very clean, very comfortable, (especially the bed!) and very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed the covered porch where we had drinks in the evening while watching the rain. Loved it! The property is ideally located with good restaurants nearby and fast and hot pizza delivery from Frank's if you want to stay in. It is also ideally located near a bus stop just down the street and around the corner where you can purchase a Wego bus pass at Maple Leaf Place. It is perfectly located near Niagara falls which are within walking distance if you are so inclined or you can purchase a bus pass and jump on the Wego bus and arrive at Tablerock Tourist Centre and the best viewing spot for the falls in 15 minutes or less. If you are arriving by car, there is a spot in the driveway to park, which we did. We drove when we wanted to and jumped on the Wego when we didn't. Robb and Clint were excellent hosts and we had the pleasure of meeting Robb when we arrived at the property. Most of our communication prior to arrival was with Robb and he was prompt and helpful when responding and happy to accommodate some requests we made. We highly recommend this property. We were delighted with our accommodations. 5 stars!
