This house is located in the historic district of Niagara Falls and very close to the falls and casino. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place

**We take our guests' safety seriously. We clean and disinfect all doorknobs, handles, sink and shower knobs, toilets, kitchen surfaces... etc. before arrival for each guest.

Enjoy this meticulously maintained home in the beautiful historic district of downtown Niagara Falls! The house features 5 bedrooms, two full bathrooms. (The bathroom on the first floor is split with the toilet and sink in one room near the stairs and a shower in the bedroom on the ground floor.) A detached garage is available that can accommodate a standard size vehicle. 4 of the Bedrooms have queen beds with memory a foam mattress. Additionally, one of the bedrooms also has a twin trundle bed. The fifth bedroom has a full size trundle bed. Additionally, there is a crib for any little ones as well as two sofas for any additional guests.

This home contains a first floor bedroom and bathroom for our guests who may have trouble with stairs.

The falls is a less than a five minute drive from Niagara Falls State Park. The free shuttle has a stop right at the end of the street for your convenience! You will be staying one street away from the lower Niagara gorge and if the wind is blowing the right way, you can actually smell the water from the house.

The aquarium is a few minute walk from the house as well as some great hiking trails!

The entire property is yours for the duration of your stay. Free on-street parking with alternate sides is available as well as a garage for one vehicle. Uber and Lyft are readily available but a private car is the best way to see all of the sights. When visiting the falls, free parking is available at the casino ramp as well as the "RV" lot on goat island. Just a short walk from each lot takes you right to the heart of the falls. The casino is close to the home and the falls is just 1 mile. The aquarium is right around the corner and is just a short walk.

The Airbnb app is the preferred method of contact but, feel free to call or text if you need anything at all!

This home contains a first floor bedroom and washroom for our guests who may have trouble with stairs. This is a rare find in the area.
Absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED. The house is for registered overnight guests only. No additional charge for up to 15 confirmed guests. There will be an additional charge of $45 per person for every guest in excess of 15 or for any additional guests who were not confirmed on the reservation. Please make sure the guest count is accurate when booking. If you need to change the guest count, please do so through the Airbnb platform prior to arrival. LOCALS MUST CONTACT US FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO BOOKING. We reserve the right to cancel any local bookings that are not authorized.

No Smoking! We care very much about the air quality for our guests. We even work hard to use neutral cleaners to maintain air quality. Smokers must smoke outside away from open windows and doors. Smoking in the house will result in a minimum $400 additional cleaning fee.

*For guests bringing a pet: Dogs only (One owner is very allergic to cats). Dogs must be well-trained and should have their nails trimmed so as not to scratch the new hardwood floors.

When you bring a dog, please keep in mind that an additional cleaning fee of $100 will apply if dog waste is not picked up, pet hair is not vacuumed, or dogs are allowed to sleep on the furniture, causing odor or embedded pet hair. Most of our dog owners have been the cleanest and most responsible guests, and we rarely have to charge this fee. This fee goes directly to our cleaners to cover their extra time and expense and will be charged after checkout if necessary.

Early check-in/ late check-outs: We will do our very best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. Please note that it is very rare that these can be accommodated, especially during the summer season. If you must arrive early or late, we suggest booking an additional day as we cannot guarantee availability. Overstaying past checkout time without prior permission will result in a charge of $75 per hour. This is the fee our cleaners charge us and we therefore have to pass it on.
