We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice property that certainly met our needs. Pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful full size toiletries supplied. I really appreciated the overall cleanliness especially hard surface floors & bathrooms being very clean! Slight improvements might include paint touch up to the walls (several marks throughout) & bedroom carpets refreshed with cleaning. I also think ceiling fans would help improve air circulation especially to cool off bedrooms.

This property is a good location 12 min from Niagara Falls and has plenty of space for a family. It was clean and the kitchen outfitted well with dishes, cooking pots/pans, and silverware. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had to get in touch with them for questions, etc. There were a few minor issues, but all were resolved fairly quickly.-We stayed during a heat wave and the house was quite warm when we arrived. We thought we set the thermostat to a cooler setting but it stayed very warm all night. The next day after contacting the host we learned it was set remotely to an eco setting that did not allow the temp to go below 80 degrees F and stopped the AC if no movement was detected. The host adjusted this for us and it was fine the rest of the stay. -Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) are provided, but only just enough for the stay. We ended up purchasing more ourselves. -The house is decorated nicely but is not very child-friendly if traveling with younger children. There are a glass knick-knacks, a glass coffee table, floor length mirrors (on the ground, not attached to the wall), and uncovered outlets. -The house is in good shape for a rental, but not without minor damages and imperfections. The host contacted us after our stay asking us to pay for an item that was damaged when we arrived, thinking we had damaged it. After explaining we had found it that way they dropped the request. However, consider documenting any damage you find.

Excellent place

I rented the place for my relatives that’s coming for family occasion. The place is very clean and just 5 minutes drive to commercial area. I will rent it out again. Highly recommend.

Large, comfortable and cozy home

Our family of 5 adults stayed in this large, comfortable and cozy home. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave us the privacy we were looking for in the evenings after exploring the Niagara Falls area. The host was friendly and attentive. The location was great, just a short drive to everything you could want. We would definitely stay here again!

Girl’s Shopping Trip

We enjoyed staying at this property with 10 women ages 14-74 for a Black Friday Shopping trip to the Outlet Mall. It had everything we needed for simple meals and room to play games or socialize. We would stay here again.

Perfect for our group

Great location!

We were visiting as a family reunion vacation. The house was a close drive to Niagara Falls which we spent most of our time visiting. The house is beautiful and clean as described. For layout all bedrooms are on the second floor, along with two full bathrooms. There is a 2pc bathroom on the main floor. One of the bathrooms is an ensuite bath in the master bedroom. The layout of the rooms was comfortable for the family. The hostess is great at communicating, and always responds quickly. It has a small backyard but we ended up not using it at all as we were always leaving for the falls. Great spot!

Fantastic for family vacation in Niagara region

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped for our family vacationing in the Niagara area, incl. little kids. Location is great for access to most attractions in 15-20 minutes. Very supportive host, communicates often and cares for guests. Highly recommend!

Fantastic property

A beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood, with all the comforts of home. Within a 20 min drive of the Falls, Heartland nature preserve, the Prime outlet mall, and much more. Our party of 7 had a very comfortable stay with plenty of room. Age range from 9 to 72.
