People in basement. Should be all caps, first sentence. Vrbo advertises whole home, Nick Sabin commercial.You can hear them moving, talking, cooking. See lights on under a door crack. The owner mentions the living arrangement in the description, but it’s in the 3rd paragraph. The title should be “Beautiful Fallsview Home-PEOPLE LIVE IN BASEMENT”. That would be full transparency. Hard to spend time with family. Hard for me to relax.I worried whether the TV was too loud.No access to washer/dryer!Stove is missing knobs. And the knobs that are present are off center. I worried about gas coming out unexpectedly.The key to the door is not cut properly. Takes a solid 3 mins trying to turn the key to unlock the door.The master bedroom bed is Firm!The plumbing is wild loud. Several small very noticeable maintenance issues. The ceiling in living room is 4 shades. Obvious spackling/drywall jobs unfinished. Bathroom towel bars appeared to have been broken and replaced. But the old bracket/holes are still present.Kitchen sink faucet moves, not fastened properly. Bathroom vents/window blinds and baseboards are all dusty.Hallway closet is missing a door knob. Some of Electrical outlet covers broken.The bathroom toilet paper holder was broke.The thermostat is a nest. It basically turns off/on whenever it wants.If the people in the basement are maintenance/cleaning. These issues make no sense to me.
