"Bed was a bit on the firm side for my liking, one of the soap dispensers had 2 only 2 pumps of soap. Staff were really helpful and nothing was a problem to them."

"Very clean unit and our dishes were washed after our first night. (We had had a very early start that day and didn’t expect it!) Just a comment the soaps in the shower are hard to work when you have your glasses off and didn’t see the “press here” message written on them!"

"Boa opção na região, atendimento e limpeza ótimo, bom restaurante no local com valores coerentes com a região, proximidade da estação de ski, estacionamento gratuito, mercado e posto de abastecimento próximo "

"Execelente location, very clean and afordable. Owners are would help you with what ever you need. Fatastic place. Spent 5 nights and it was perfect. Thak you. Ivan."

"Excellent family run business. Nice and helpful folks."

"Great place to stay, Chenara is always there to help if required"

"A única opção de refeição era jantar e a comida de péssimo sabor. Tivemos que dirigir 14 km para poder almoçar ou tomar café. "

"The location is perfect, on beautiful grounds, nice view of the mountains, close to Turangi (where you can find restaurants) and about 30 minutes from the Tongariro National Park. I was a little disappointed with the inside of the chalets, specially considering their prices. Decoration is rustic, but not charming. When I saw them on the website (hotels.com) I had the impression I was booking another room, which looked better. Also, in the reservation it said "hot tub" but it turns out that...

"Our hosts were very kind and helpful. Also, the place was very clean and tidy. Overall great stay!"

"Infelizmente fica na margem de uma rodovia muito movimentada. A noite alguns caminhões estacionam na frente do hotel. O barulho dos carros incomodam bastante durante toda noite e madrugada "

"Room looked like it had been recently renovated. Everything was clean and tidy and it was very nice having an adjustable wall heater in the room. Person who showed me around was very friendly and helped answer my questions about the snow fields. The room is not very soundproof so could hear people coming and going to kitchen until quite late into the evening. Also the shared toilet ran out of toiletpaper and there was no one to easily ask for replacement. Overall good place to stay for one...

"Was good over all but no fan heater was too hot too much silent in rooms so if some one walking laughing it really disturbed. For groups it was great ."

"Great place to stay. Will be back!"

"The toilets and bathrooms are not clean, and there is no hot water available for bathing"

"A cute little cabin, which was clean and well equipped for a short stay. It was noisy being next to the road, but we knew this and ear plugs were provided. Thebed having spring legs was great, they took out any shuddering from the passing trucks. The sauna was a nice little bonus too."
