Welcome to this fine cottage, which exudes real cottage atmosphere with its wooden walls and sloping roofs. In the tastefully furnished living room you can spend your time watching TV, listening to the radio or having conversations. In addition, there is a kitchen area, a bathroom with underfloor heating, three bedrooms and a loft with two beds for children in the house. There is also a washer and dryer in the house. The house uses solar heat to provide underfloor heating and hot water, which makes energy consumption more efficient. In the annex of the house you will find a large sauna with attached bathroom for the wellness factor in your vacations. Here you will also find a utility room with double sink for cleaning fished fish etc.



The outdoor area of the house also has a lot to offer. Here you will find a drying area for surf sails or wetsuits and two terraces - one open and one covered. Between the two buildings is a terrace that creates a courtyard character. Nice lounge furniture is available for you to sit comfortably and enjoy the sun and fresh sea air. There is also a barbecue. The house is located on a natural plot with plenty of space for playing, there is also a swing for entertaining your children. The house also has an outdoor shower, so you can rinse off the sand after a beach trip.



Beach trips are likely to be part of your stay, as you'll be staying just 150 meters from a swimming beach. You will stay close to the charming village of Snogebæk with good restaurants and shopping.
