• Easy Check-In Process: Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold: It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (this is a hold on your credit card, not a traditional security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. We’re in the mountains, so while the home is professionally treated for pests, you may occasionally see local wildlife like bears, bees, or ladybugs. All trash must be secured in bear-proof bins.
