The home is situated on 14 acres of beautiful land, offering peace and privacy. Please note, there is a small apartment at the north end of the house used occasionally by a couple of friends of the owner during ski weekends. They have their own private entrance and will not have access to any shared amenities such as the hot tub or fire pit.
