Surf and paddle boarding schools run directly from Crantock beach, which is manned by lifeguards throughout the holiday season.

Busy Newquay is only 2½ miles away with its beaches, shops, restaurants and pubs, a zoo, boating lake, sports centre and splash pool. Many other attractions including the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens are all within an easy drive.
