"My room was very clean and the person at the front desk was great. Breakfast was disappointing. Not much to choose from. No protein. Coffee was horrible."

"I was impressed by this but building. My suite felt like a luxury apartment loft, and the location was perfect for using public transportation. The breakfast was a little tricky for being gluten-free, but I just went back to my room to make oatmeal. My favorite things about the property were the coffee machine available at all hours, the rooftop terrace where I watched the sunrise and sunset, the yoga and fitness rooms, the kind and accommodating staff, and the in-room kitchen and laundry unit....

"The location was perfect for us. We were in town for our son's wedding. The venues included Como Park and WA Frost. The restaurant was within walking distance. Hi Hat was also within walking - lots of choices for food and easy to get around.
The unit was clean. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. Coffee was provided, and the oven worked.
Our only complaint was that it was a little "dark" - lighting could be added. The dark grey walls and ceilings throughout (except for the...

"The lobby was very dirty as we're the halls. Room was reasonably clean, but furniture battered with chunks of missing finish.
The whole facility smelled strongly of pungent food being cooked, and tobacco smoke.
There was no one at the desk for some time. When she finally turned up she said she was working an extra shift without relief and was about to lock up and leave. As it was only 5 pm I asked what would happen if we were later. She shrugged and said we'd have to call the 3rd party we...

"I was disappointed with this VRBO stay. The listing photos do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. The home is much older than it appears online, and several details were either omitted or misleading. One major issue was that all of the bedrooms and the only bathroom were located upstairs, which was not disclosed in the listing. We traveled with a senior citizen who had significant difficulty navigating the stairs, and had we known this beforehand, we would have booked a...
