"We had a family reunion nearby and needed overflow housing. We've stayed at several in the neighborhood throughout the years and this is my favorite so far. Great location, AC works great, it has a huge open living room area, and a lot of space overall. Recommend!"

"We had a great time at the condo. The location was amazing right above the wine shop and so close to the beach. The back porch with water views was shady and the fans kept any bugs away. Spent lots of time out there enjoying morning coffee. The decor was well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed."

"We love staying at Kingsmill. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches at The Mill are a must. Great walking trails and close to everything. We had other family staying on property so meeting up was easy. The Landing had excellent food and a beautiful view of the water. The kids rented jet skis down at the dock and at night we had a bonfire in the beach with s'mores.( Added fee with the resort) Great family vacation. "
