Beautiful beaches and rolling farmland surround this paradise for bird watchers, walkers, sailors, naturalists, sand, and sea lovers alike. The Coast Path twists and turns its way round to the old lifeboat station, sometimes on the Parrog beach, at times on the road and at one point crosses a fantastic causeway built of slates in a herringbone pattern.
