Beautiful Waterfront , four season home on charming Crescent Lake!

If you’re looking for serenity, peace and quiet, you have found it, nestled in the little town of Acworth, NH. You will find plenty of year round activities including swimming, canoeing, paddle boating and fishing on the beautiful, clear Crescent Lake. Enjoy all waterfront activities, only a few steps away from your front door. There are plenty of rafts, a paddle boat , kayaks and canoe on site for your use or bring your own boat to the public boat launch right on the lake. Or you can sit by the fire pit overlooking the lake while you read a book or roast marshmallows, listening to the loons.

This is a 2500 square foot home that comfortably sleeps 12 people but is not too big for a smaller group. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, both spacious and updated. There is a fully equipped, open concept kitchen, great for cooking and entertaining.

There are plenty of board games and card games for a quiet, relaxing night. Enjoy a glass of wine on the front deck or in the cozy sunroom. There is also a television and Wi-Fi access.

Mount Sunapee is less than 25 minutes away with year-round activities, including zip lining, mini golf, craft fairs, movie theater and many more activities and events. Also within 15 minutes are multiple golf courses. Claremont, Newport and Keene are all nearby between 10 to 25 minutes away as well.

Winter activities include skiing, ice skating, snow shoeing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, etc. The skiing is excellent at nearby Mount Sunapee. Also a 100 feet away from our door is a snowmobile trail that is maintained through snowmobile club.

Come spend a couple of nights or a week. You will never want to leave!
