"It was a fun experience to stay in such a unique spot. My teen and I enjoyed the kayaks at sunset. And waking up to that view was lovely. Our hosts had a lot of nice touches with the coffee station, snacks and nice bath products. (And while the location is a little unusual, road traffic wasn’t really too bad with the air conditioning on.) it was really cool to stay right on the water in a former fishing cabin, while still being easily able to explore Swansboro, Cedar Point and Emerald Isle. "

"This is an excellent property for your stay in Morehead City. The owner has everything you could possibly need or want stocked at the property. The pictures in the owner's listing are accurate. Everything shown is really there, plus more. The kitchen is fully stocked as is the garage. From towels to trash bags the owner assures you have more supplies than you could need. Having the washer and dryer is a plus for any beach trip. Property is well maintained and beautifully decorated....

"Loved location, close to Oriental downtown and Bayboro was only 8 miles away. Diamond Shoals Seafood boat landing very close and easy access to house and fishing. House was decorated very nice and felt like home, wished we could have stayed longer. Plan on coming back."

"Michelle is wonderful to work with. Very responsive. i usually stay ON the beach but I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get onto the beach on the boardwalk/sidewalk. The pool was amazing. 6 inch area is great for our 1 and 3 year old (wish there was a way to stop the one year old from walking into the deep area so we could relax more but still fun) Kids toys and books were perfect. Had everything we needed. And again, Michelle was outstanding."
