"We had an amazing time! We are a bunch of 30-somethings that came for my sister's bachelorette party and had a great weekend. The house is a great chill-out place and is in close proximity to a bunch of stuff, including the town of Newport. We drove into town mostly, but also got an Uber a few times that got there in less than 10m. There was lots of room to hang out, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house had everything we needed (except a toaster, which the awesome hosts insisted...

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully set up. It had everything we needed for our 14-month-old — a perfect crib, high chair, and plenty of baby-friendly supplies, which made traveling with a little one so much easier. The furnishings were comfortable and practical, and the location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this place, especially for families with young kids!"

"Excellent in every way. Perfect location on quiet street but walking distance to Second Beach. Very clean, well stocked rental with every comfort you could want or need. Fire pit a huge plus. Downstairs man cave a nice feature. Enormous, well stocked kitchen with giant windows. Nice back yard. Excellent communication with owner. A/C worked well. "Very cute property - a few friends stayed here for a wedding in town. The accommodations were excellent, bedrooms were very clean, multiple bathrooms with space for getting ready and a very comfortable living room with lots of sitting areas to hang out. We were able to squeeze 4 cars in the drive way which was perfect for when we had hair/make up artist come for a bridal getting ready party - great place for getting ready pictures too.
