"Very impressed with the property. Would recommend only one improvement: We had 4 senior adults join us for dinner and conversation. The furnishings - table for only 4, uncomfortable couches - do not really accommodate this type of group visit. Recommend furniture upgrade/rearrangement."

"It was very nice apartment, looked brand new. Had lots of comfort items to make it feel like home. Little things that didn’t affect my rating: shower conditioner and body weren’t refilled for our stay so ran out on day 2; we were only given 2 days worth of coffee for a 4-day stay; the master shower and sink vomited up sewage and we had to get maintenance and cleaning to fix it which was a several hour process; the property was way too crowded, especially the pools. Otherwise we had a great time...

"Great find in Newport Beach. There were a few minor maintenance issues but nothing we couldn't deal with. Loved the patio and privacy but the best part is the location. Just steps from the beach and two blocks from the pier, restaurants and shopping."

"Nothing but good things to say. High-end place with high-end finishes. Based on this quality, location and view, I would say today this is a 4-5M property. Walk 3 min or drive 30 seconds and it's 20M views. Parking is a bit of a challenge if you have more than one car because the garage is very tight and street spots nearby are reserved . But this is Pacific Coast waterfront, so that's expected. All the permanent residents have 75K+ cars. This place at this price is a value."
