🚗 Parking Enforcement
🚫 No illegal parking, including parking over the yellow line behind the garage or in the alley
💵 Violations may result in city fines of $2,000+ and are the renter’s responsibility
🔕 Noise Enforcement
Parties or loud gatherings may result in city fines of $2,000+ and/or immediate eviction without refund, for which the renter is responsible.
📹 Exterior security cameras are in place.
🐾Service Animal Policy
Hosts are allowed to ask:
Whether the guest requires a service animal due to a disability.
What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform.
Service animals must:
✔ Be under the handler’s control at all times (leashed, harnessed, or otherwise controlled)
✔ Be housebroken
✔ Not be left alone at the rental at any time
✔ Be properly leashed or tethered in public spaces
✔ Remain out of unauthorized areas
🐕 Dogs are prohibited on the beach from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM year-round, in accordance with local regulations.
