AC/HEAT- Central HEAT and 3 Swamp floor AC Units, fill the bottom unit with water and if you want extra cool add ICE! They do a pretty darn good job of keeping the units cool:).

*Note - Owner may enter garage to grab paddle board. We will provide 2 hour notice.

KITCHEN:
The fully stocked kitchen makes you feel right at home, complete with a 6-seat dining table.

LIVING ROOM:
Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart. Enjoy a comfortable sofa, plenty of seating, and a 60ā€ TV, ideal for watching a big game or relaxing with a movie.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high-speed WiFi (free). The kitchens are equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster, and blender.

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS:
Our properties are equipped to accommodate maximum occupancy, including:

Plates, bowls, silverware
Wine and drinking glasses
Cooking utensils (can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, etc.)
Spice rack with salt and pepper
Please note: no other cooking essentials like oils or foil are provided, aside from what may be left by previous guests.

Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of:

OTHER ITEMS:
The property comes with a set quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate maximum occupancy. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash.

GUEST ACCESS:
The house manual will be provided 3 days prior to check-in, along with entry instructions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check-in is after 4 PM local time, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request. There is no extra fee for early check-in or late check-out if we can accommodate your request.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER FOR A KEY?
No, our homes feature keyless entry. You'll receive a unique code prior to arrival, making check-in a breeze.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATION?
Each rental includes:

Cooking and serving items such as plates, bowls, and utensils

We do not recommend shipping to the home as we do not have mailbox keys, and multiple people may have access to the property.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No, but feel free to bring your own Bluetooth-enabled devices.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Small dogs and cats are allowed. Larger dogs are permitted upon approval.

Simply amazing!

We loved our stay here! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to Lido Village with all the cute shops, great restaurants, and gorgeous marina views. The place itself was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. You can tell the hosts really put thought into the space. Speaking of which—they were awesome! Super friendly and responsive any time we had a question. Made everything really easy from check-in to check-out.Would definitely come back. It was exactly the kind of low-key, beachy escape we were hoping for.

Exceeded all expectations!

I had such a great stay at this VRBO! The unit was incredibly clean and very comfortable. It was nicely stocked with everything I needed, which made things convenient. The location is absolutely unreal—less than a 5-minute walk to the beaches across from Lido Marina, with tons of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, having Pavilions just across the way was a huge bonus for quick grocery runs. The private parking was also a major plus—so nice not having to stress about finding street parking. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is great for walking to Lido Island and the beach, stores etc. it is very close to the fire department very loud and next to a gas station. The girls upstairs are wonderful but you hear every footstep. The rental was no where near the pictured. I was extremely upset. Within 72 hours we had new furniture, pots, pans,coffee maker, dishes, glasses, mugs. In no way should we have to go through what we did. I did ask for a late check out and they did allow me to do so.
