🛑 Newport Beach Rental Rules:

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old (ID required).
Rental agreement must be signed before finalizing your stay.
The renter must be present for the entire stay—underage groups are not allowed.
Parking & Noise Regulations:
🚗 Strict Parking Rules—Guests must park legally. Illegally parked cars may be ticketed.
🔊 No Loud Gatherings—Max 4 guests in lower unit and 6 guests in upper unit at all times. Overcrowding, noise violations, or unauthorized guests can result in fines up to $1,000+. Security Cameras are on the exterior of the property.

🦮 Service Animal Policy
In compliance with ADA guidelines, we may ask:
1️⃣ Do you require your service animal due to a disability?
2️⃣ What work or task has your service animal been trained to perform?

✔️ Service animals must be housebroken, leashed, and under control at all times.
✔️ They cannot be left alone in the unit without prior approval.
