Welcome to our luxurious beachfront retreat on Balboa Island, featuring private garage parking for one car (two can fit snugly), room for a car in front of the garage, and additional street parking adhering to city restrictions. Experience comfort and convenience in every aspect of our home.

Master Bedroom (Upstairs): Revel in the comfort of the King-sized bed in the master suite, complete with a private bathroom featuring a jetted tub, standing shower, and dual sinks. Wake up to breathtaking water views in this serene upstairs haven.



Bedroom 2 (Main Level): This room, accessible without stairs, offers a cozy Queen bed and a TV, perfect for relaxation.



Bedroom 3 (Main Level): Also on the main level for easy access, this room includes a twin bed with a trundle underneath, offering versatile sleeping arrangements.



Additional Sleeping Space: The workspace area on the main level includes a leather couch that transforms into a bed. Although this space lacks blinds, it offers an unparalleled opportunity to wake up to direct, unobstructed views of the water, blending indoor comfort with the beauty of the outdoors.



Living and Dining: The upstairs living room is a haven of relaxation with reclining sofas and a table for six that extends for larger gatherings. Immerse yourself in entertainment with a TV equipped with major streaming services like Hulu and Netflix, all enhanced by surround sound.



Outdoor Bliss: Both the upper and lower decks invite you to enjoy the outdoors. The upper deck boasts a grill, outdoor table, and seating, perfect for alfresco dining. The lower deck features sun loungers, ideal for basking in the California sun.
