It's complete with evening café lighting and a running fountain that allows you to enjoy the sounds of the water even when you are away from the beach. Take advantage of the location just a few steps away from Marina Park! The Pacific Ocean with great surfing and a gorgeous beach is two short blocks away. Dine al fresco in the courtyard and during the summer you can view fireworks from the courtyard or invite your family and friends on the bay to watch the Fourth of July Boat Parade. The spectacular Newport Harbor Christmas Boat Parade turns directly in front of this home. Most importantly, just relax and recharge in this comfortable shaded seating between your various adventures.

The barbecue grill makes meal-making easy when it needs to be. Nevertheless, the location of this amazing lower retreat is perfectly located to allow you to walk to all of the famous restaurants around the Newport Beach Pier; you can walk to the world-famous Newport Peninsula Boardwalk, walk to surf lessons, or enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking delivered in front of your rental. Walk or bike to many famous Newport Beach attractions like the Fun Zone, The Ferry to Balboa Island, or take the Bike Path to your favorite destination.

This well-appointed condo has a great room featuring a living room area with a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV and a comfortable sofa seating from which to enjoy it. Sliders to the outside patio let you experience easy inside/outside living. In addition to the courtyard dining table, there is also an inside dining table that seats four next to a beautiful modern kitchen with three stools at the end of a wraparound kitchen counter. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
