Spacious oceanfront lower unit in a duplex located right on the sand! This light and bright unit offers 2 car tandem carport parking, an extra large patio, upgraded decor and furnishings, Air Conditioning, inside stack washer/dryer, dishwasher and shared outdoor shower room! A great location for a quieter vacation on the beach!

A few things to note:

While the lower patio is for your use only, we do allow the upstairs guests to walk through the patio to get to the beach; it is the only direct access to the beach for both units in this duplex.

This unit comes with the carport located to the right of the garage; the garage is not included with this unit. The carport is long and narrow; it will fit two small to medium size cars parked tandem. Please be aware, the carport will not accommodate larger/wider vehicles. Compact SUV's are recommended.

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: In accordance with Newport Beach Municipal Code 5.95.045 the minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and the guest of age must be present and reside in the unit for the duration of rental. Each reservation requires a completed guest portal which includes ID verification and a signed rental agreement.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem carport parking.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, etc.
