Lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bath home on 100 block of Grand Canal

One of the best locations on the Grand Canal with spectacular views of the Little Island Bridge and South Bayfront. Spacious 4-bedroom home with 3 beautifully remodeled bathrooms and one-car garage parking. Large front patio with gas BBQ and plenty of seating. Only steps away from town and all of the Island's best shops and restaurants. This is the home where you and your family will make the best vacation memories. Home has A/C in 3 upstairs bedrooms and living room - all portable units. Pets considered - additional $500 per week + additional security deposit and clean fee.


WEEKLY: $4,952—$7,790 • MONTHLY OFF-SEASON: $9,550

Weekly and Monthly Pricing includes all fees and are subject to change pending on duration of stay.

7-night minimum and Saturday to Saturday reservations for the peak season. Reservation is not confirmed until owner approval.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third year renting through Abrams Island always, everything went without a hitch. Steve and Howard are instantly helpful in taking care of anything needed. Our house on the canal is a wonderful location with plenty of room for our family to visit on weekends. The kitchen is well equipped. Washer and dryer are inside. One car garage is easily accessible. Main Street and Market are one block away and the entire island area is easily walkable. Any restaurant or shopping amenity that you might want is within very close driving range. All in all a wonderful place for a getaway.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second month long stay at this property which tells you how very enjoyable this home is. Being on the canal is quieter than other parts of the island. The market & downtown are really just steps away. The garage is roomy & a real plus. Beds are all comfortable (we chose to rent linens) & the bathrooms immaculate. The patio has an umbrella table that can seat 6 with an extra small table for 2. There is seating for 10+ inside plus a game table in the living room. The kitchen is very well supplied with almost anything you could need. A very comfortable getaway home. It does have carpeting so care must be taken. We love our stays here.
