Perfect for our family!

Great view horrible policies

This was a cute cozy stay with a great view minus the homelessness. We had a guy for 4 days sleeping on the beach looking at us like we were inconveniencing him. Hard to pay what we payed and have that liability fished out on fentanyl in front of us for 4 days

First Beach house stay!

This was our first beach house experience and it did not disappoint! If anything it set the bar very high! My family rented this home in celebration of my daughters high school graduation. It was a week to remember! Gorgeous house and beautiful views! Our family and friends that visited all asked for the rental information!

Extended Family Time

My husband, myself, my adult daughter and her two daughters ages 8 and 6 yrs enjoyed three days. The floor plan and location is excellent for our extended family and is in walking distance of grocery store and many restaurants and across a side street to the beach! Wanted an enjoyable vacation rent this casa..

Excellent Location and Beautiful Place

We rented this location for a family holiday and it was just perfect - the only thing that could be difficult is the fact that there is only one parking space. We managed this just fine with a little of moving the extra vehicle around a couple of times so it worked out OK. Great location close to everything - Go and just sit back and enjoy all of the great things this area has to offer. The owner was great to deal with - no problems what-so-ever. So refreshing as the last thing you want is problems on your holiday. I highly recommend this property. I would just like to add that it is a FIVE STAR all the way!

Excellent property and location

We truly enjoyed our stay here. You cannot beat the location. The beach in front of the house is so nice to relax and enjoy the sun and water without the wind and noise of the ocean. If you’re in the mood for the noise and wind though, you have a 5 min walk to the beach. They have EVERYTHING you need on property for the beach and otherwise. Honestly, can’t say enough about this property.

Prefect location for families

This location was the perfect getaway for my family. Close enough to the water that the older kids could go play while we relaxed on the balcony. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds and couches were so comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous stay

This property is stunning! The decor is beautiful and interior design thoughtful and well done. My family of five (3 adult sons ages 20-29) were in Newport Beach for a family get together. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of the seagulls and view of the bay from the upstairs balcony. Our extended family has vacationed at Newport Beach many times over the years, and this property is better than every other unit, hands down. The location is ideal. It is a very comfortable home. There were plenty of fans in every room and we did not need to use the portable a/c unit provided. We slept well and enjoyed the relative quiet of the neighborhood. One reviewer commented on the long instruction list, but honestly, it is that attention to detail that keeps this property so attractive and desirable. We hope to visit again!

Somewhat relaxing

Property was beautiful, clean and view was incredible! My husband and I booked a much needed 3 day getaway to unwind and relax. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and looked forward to walking the beach and sitting out to enjoy water views. I was not prepared for the string of lengthy and detailed information emails and honestly my stress level went up as we started driving to New Port Beach trying to understand the dos and don'ts. I understand that if I owned such a property I would want to ensure guests treat my property with respect and care. I might naïvely think that it was a natural response when you pay to be in a beautiful property, however, I am sure (with their experience in rentals) there are those that did not previously respect the property and thus rules were established. We just felt that we were not as relaxed when we needed to carry around instruction pages for everything that we touched and did. Pam was immediate to respond to any emails and we did enjoy sitting under the heated patio lantern in the evenings. (We should probably stick to Hotel getaways.)
