An ideal stay for fun-loving families and beach enthusiasts! This 1,600 sq ft duplex within a Spanish-style villa offers you a slice of coastal bliss just a block from the PCH (CA-1), California’s famous coastal highway!
The home is open and bright with a full modern kitchen for preparing meals and a dining room with a table to seat 8 to enjoy them plus, a high chair for your little one! There’s a comfy living room with a sink-in-and-relax type sofa for a chill movie night beside the gas fireplace.
You’ll have all you’d need for a comfortable beachy stay with 4 bedrooms to accommodate 8 guests. Three rooms upstairs, all with queen -sized beds, two with ensuite bathrooms, and there’s a wet bar and mini-fridge in the hall, so you don’t need to go up and down for snacks and refreshments!
The 4th room is downstairs with a double bed and a full bathroom across the hall. There’s a washer and dryer in the garage for added convenience. There are beach towels, some beach essentials, and room for your car in the garage (although it’s likely you’ll walk around to enjoy this charming town!)

We provide complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dishwasher capsules, and toilet paper.
There’s no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

The home is equipped with noise sensors that will notify us if the volume at the home exceeds the acceptable level. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay. - Pet-friendly property. 2 pets max.
