The Space:

Balboa Escape is designed for relaxing coastal stays, with bright living spaces, ocean breezes, and plenty of room for family and friends to gather after a day at the beach.

The main living area is filled with natural light and features comfortable seating, a stone fireplace, and a large TV. Step outside to the balcony with ocean views, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks while watching the energy of the peninsula.

A second living room on the first floor provides additional space to unwind with its own sofa and TV—ideal for families or groups who want multiple lounge areas.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and cookware for preparing meals at home. A large dining table seats up to 8 guests, making it easy to enjoy meals or game nights together.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: California King bed, TV, balcony access, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower

• Bedroom 2: Two Queen beds and TV

• Bedroom 3: Full-over-full bunk bed and TV

Additional bathrooms include a full guest bathroom with shower/tub combo and a convenient half bathroom.

• Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.

• Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.

• Park bikes and wagons in car parking area in designated spot only.

• Pets are strictly not allowed. no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.
