This upstairs Getaway has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus loft with 2 single beds! The full kitchen has quartz counters, new appliances, large dining area, hard wood floors throughout and seating for 2 on a small balcony. Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs with cable for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed, with a private bathroom, and the attached loft. This unit is also complete with private Washer/Dryer and Air Conditioning with separate climate control for front room, and each bed room.

Other amenities include high speed wireless internet, front room large flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, pull out sofa couch in the front room, Beach enjoyment includes umbrella, ice chest, wagon, boogie boards, beach towels and 2 chairs.

Relax and unwind from life’s challenges and stress at beautiful Seaview Getaways! You are just a short stroll to quaint shops, café’s, bakeries, and restaurants at Corona del Mar Village. When you are done shopping and dining in the village you are conveniently located just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Southern California with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean shoreline and Catalina Island. Just minutes away from world-class shopping and dining at Fashion Island featuring Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Ave., The Cheesecake Factory, PF Changes and many other first-class experiences. Balboa Island is just a short 5-minute drive away to the north, Crystal Cove and Laguna Beach is a short drive or bike ride to the south. The Corona Del Mar certified farmer’s market is 1 block away where farmers sell directly to the public every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1 PM. We wanted to reach out personally regarding the recent two-night reservation we had to cancelled due to an unexpected illness. As you know, we planned the visit to meet our granddaughter for the very first time and chose your property because it’s located within walking distance from our daughter and son-in-law’s house. In fact, you and I spoke on the phone about our trip, our plans to visit our first grandchild, and our hope to stay at our property for future visits. Since the property was unrented, you were willing to rent for 2 nights and would consider the same arrangement in the future given availability.This was not an arbitrary cancellation. As the grandparents of a 10-day-old newborn, we simply could not risk exposing our granddaughter to illness. While we were heartbroken to miss this visit, our full intention was—and remains—to reschedule our stay once we are healthy and my husband completes his next chemo treatment. As you can imagine, spending time with our granddaughter is very important to us especially at this stage in life, and we anticipate being frequent renters in the months to come.For that reason, we are disappointed that no flexibility or consideration was extended in recognition of these circumstances. Although we understand cancellation policies exist for a reason, unforeseen illnesses, especially involving exposure to a newborn, seems to warrant some grace and good will. We had a fantastic stay at Seaview. The owners were great, with excellent communication and care attention throughout. Our place was very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in, and when we wanted to go out, we were very near excellent restaurants. The beach is a very short, easy walk away, and the neighborhood is impeccably clean, charming, and a great place for an early evening stroll. Seaview gets our highest recommendation, Beth and Mike.

We stayed in this beautiful Corona Del Mar home for a family reunion and it was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra towels and beach gear. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet tucked away in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood.The layout worked so well for our group, giving us plenty of space to gather for meals and games while still offering cozy spots for quiet moments. The beds were comfortable, linens fresh, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio with our morning coffee or watching the sunset after a fun day.Our host was amazing—responsive, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We could tell they care deeply about their guests’ experience.We made so many wonderful memories here—morning beach walks, laughter-filled dinners, and time spent together in such a welcoming space. This home was the perfect backdrop for our reunion, and we’re already dreaming about coming back. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place in Corona del Mar

The condo is super clean, nicely furnished and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent. It’s a short walk to the beach or shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. We will definitely stay here again. Doug is easy to communicate with and offers great advice for activities in the area.

Really clean and well appointed two bedroom unit… One block from the ocean, one block from Pacific Coast Highway with tons of restaurants and shops, etc. 10 minutes from Laguna Beach. 10 minutes from Balboa Island. Had a great time!! I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, comfortable and clean!

We brought our family of 6 to spend several days in southern cal. We weren’t familiar with Del Mar before coming but it was absolutely the perfect location! We spent 3 days swimming and boogie boarding on Newport Beach. It was a very short drive and easy to find parking down that way. You could walk to Caron’s Del Mar beach. Also very beautiful, just a bit more crowded than we liked. The neighborhood was gorgeous. Such beautiful homes. The beds were so comfy and my kids enjoyed the little loft area.

Everything You Need

This apartment worked perfectly for our family vacation. The room with the loft inside worked well for my son’s family with two young children. They could also have exclusive use of the ensuite bathroom. There is a short ladder leading up to these twin beds. The one other bedroom had a comfortable bed and a closet to store suitcases and all belongings. The well appointed and very spacious kitchen/dining room was well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment, including a slow cooker which came in handy. All appliances were up to date. The living room/dining/kitchen open area was very spacious and allowed another family to join us for dinner. The beach was a short walk away which was very appealing and appreciated, as were the beach towels and chairs and sand toys. Doug was very responsive when I contacted him for a question. We would definitely return here at any future visit. It was 10/10!
