Marcus- Thanks for staying with us and your thorough feedback. If you are having any of these issues we are easy to contact. It’s important that check in instructions are read because they include information on a beach front parking lot only a few homes away. Their are 10 condos in this building. If parking is important 3 of them come with reserved parking. In addition there is a public lot about 3 homes away on the beach that’s $20/day and free at night. There is free street parking but to Marcus point summer, weekends, and holidays it can be difficult to find street parking. The building is safe, we’ve never had any safety issues and guests were complaining about too many codes so we removed the code requirement for the front and back doors to the common area hallway of the building. Every condo has its own private access and deadbolt lock. We have strict noise snd let policies do if there’s ever a noise issue we are easy to contact. We also have spare remotes in storage if one goes missing.
