2nd Bedroom Downstairs: Very comfortable double bed on bottom, twin on top, roomy bedroom.
QUEEN Sofa Sleeper upstairs in living room.

2 bathrooms: Master bath has a Jacuzzi Whirlpool Tub + shower
Downstairs Bath: Shower
All fixtures & tile/limestone are upgraded.

The kitchen, living room, master bedroom/bath are on the top floor.
2nd bedroom & bath are on ground floor.

There is 1 car attached garage with a washer/dryer (see note below)

Living room has a sofa sleeper & 65' Flat TV.
Kitchen is roomy & full of everything you need.
