Also the ravioli dish was wonderful too. Loved the food. The spa facilities are fantastic and not busy. Other guests were perfectly pleasant, didn't experience any issues considering we were the only non-white couple there and my wife dresses modestly. "In all an average room. The beds were comfortable. The room was not clean at all cobwebs and dust in the bedroom area and the bathroom was disgusting the shower was not clean and underneath the toilet liner had brown old stains on was really dirty."

"Negative: needs decorating, plumbing needs attention, especially the toilet, terrible flush. Positive: lovely reception area, rooms nice and quiet, staff very attentive."

"I was one of a quite a few wedding guests staying at the hotel? Luckily our room had Aircon which was lovely but I know quite a few of the other rooms didn’t have Aircon so I think that would be advisable to be put in all the rooms"

"We had a lovely weekend at The Red Lion. The staff were incredibly helpful both ahead of and during our stay, and the pub food and breakfasts were very tasty. Our room felt a little dated and in need of maintenance in places, especially in the bathroom, but it served its purpose for our stay and we would be happy to go again."

"We had an amazing stay, gorgeous shepherds huts in a lovely location. So nice to have the pub nearby! We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! Highly recommend!"
