"We stayed for 4 nights the location was perfect. Rooms are a little tired looking, carpets didn't feel clean under your feet. When we arrived I was unsure if the beds were fresh as the blankets we just pulled up over the bed and pillows not tucked in like hotels beds are. On inspection bed was clean. Maybe a little more TLC is required. Also soap in shower was that watered down it was ridiculous. But Staff were absolutely lovely nad location was great. "

"Room was well appointed and clean. Bed was comfy and shower was powerful and hot. Water, coffee and biscuits along with a selection of tea's in the room. Views from the room were good, it's a quiet area. Staff here are polite and welcoming, whether they are serving you or just passing by. We paid for breakfast, lots of choice for cold breakfast, really is something for everyone. Hot breakfast was to order, we could pretty much choose anything. Food could and should have been hotter considering...

"Hartelijke ontvangst bij de receptie, alle verplichte formaliteiten werden hoffelijk en geduldig behandeld, schone schitterende en functionele kamer, waterkoker met koffie, thee, koffiemelk en zoetstof aanwezig en de kamer was uiterst modern, functioneel en praktisch ingericht. Ik had ook nog het voordeel van alarmfunctionaliteit dat per abuis ook nog functioneel werd getest. De receptionist reageerde supersnel op het alarm en was niet boos maar juist uiterst bezorgd. "As usual everything was perfect. Great breakfast buffet, clean room even though we were put in a disabled room. I did query this and the manager was very apologetic and did not know how this had happened. We have stayed at Peter Scott many times and can't fault the staff enough. Also stayed in The Edgebaston Park Hotel across the road . "
