"The pod is in an amazing location but unfortunately needs a lot of work to make it worth the money! The pod is located down a driveway with no direction whatsoever, luckily a gentleman was there to show us where to go. A lot of groundwork going on which made it very dirty with uneven ground. The steps up to the pod were rotten. The toilet/shower door wouldn’t close as the hinges were bent. There isn’t much privacy in the toilet a small curtain or blind wouldn’t go a miss. It needs a good clean...
"First time staying here. Booked a last minute stay for 1 night with my husband and son. Communication through email was great, no complaints!
Easy to get too and access the property.
Inside was clean and cosy. Everything you needed in the bathroom. Kitchen was good, note there isn't an oven which caught us out (we didnt think to check). Enough plates/cutlery/mugs/glasses/pans.
Very nice touch with the log fire and fairy lights on the ceiling.
Sofa bed was comfy and lovely to cwtch on to watch...

"This beautiful old hotel has been kept in excellent condition with tasteful modernizations. Shower was super with lovely fluffy towels! Beautiful countryside setting.

"Absolutely incredible stay. We done 3 nights and didn't want to leave! The place was spotless, incredibly homely and comfortable. There were even complimentary cakes and wine left for us. Honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. Our toddler loved having goats on our doorstep and walking down to see the pigs. The area was incredibly quiet and peaceful with nothing but a beautiful field behind us. The back garden with the hot tub is very private even though you have neighbours either side...
"Great location. 3 mins from a great beach and near 2 places within walking distance to eat in the evening. A great room with everything you need for a few days away. Staff at the hotel were really accomodating washed and dried our towels and tshirts as we had been on the beach. Beach wraps available to use and a parking permit for the beach so it was free to park. Breakfast was huge and could be afapted as you liked it. "It was cheap - you get what you pay for. Shared bathroom and kitchen, which was expected based on price and photos, but not clear in details and another guest hadn’t assumed this and caused a big scene on check in. Wasn’t dirty, but could have been cleaner. Beds were comfy, but sheets smelt damp. Air con didn’t work in our room or another room that was empty. Free parking. Walking distance of the town centre which has takeaways. Kinda average stage. But cheapest around"
