"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gloucester Robinswood Hotel. In particular the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious with good amenities however the bed was slightly firm, however this did not detract from the overall quality of the room. "Room was basic but clean and functional. Very good room service with towels changed and everything cleaned each day (not the case in many hotels at this price point these days). A fridge and microwave in room plus plates and cutlery was a great time savers with two supermarkets nearly opposite for some meals. Shower was hot and clean. Would stay here again."

"Nice hotel, rooms are big for English standards and very close to supermarket, shops, etc. Parking is not free but was charged only 5GBP for day, so that was ok. The only downside was that we were traveling with a lot of bags and they do not have an elevator, anyway, they have only 2 floors so we had to go only one flour up. Overall nice stay with no issues."
