"Our stay was in memory of a previous visit to the Terminus. The staff were wonderful, particularly Romi. On book in we had a small studio but there was no parking available which was a major problem due to the medical issues of both my wife and self. I became emotional and Romi managed to organise a parking spot and upgraded our accommodation to make us more comfortable. The apartment was beautiful and we had a wonderful stay that we will remember always. The is a very well run establishment...

"I love staying at The Lucky!. The staff are excellent, always happy to assist and always cheerful. The rooms are great, especially for pub accommodation, and there is a nice lively restaurant in the central atrium. Location is perfect."

"We were very very impressed with Quest Newcastle. Quest was very accommodating as we were travelling with an elderly and we requested a walk in shower (instead of a shower with a bath tub) and a shower chair - both were attended to professionally. Hospitality from the reception team was also amazing (special shoutout to Mia and Paris). The 2 bedroom apartments were just renovated and they were very clean and tidy. The only down side was the noise from the surrounding club that went on till 12...

"O Ibis Newcastle é o melhor custo-benefício da cidade. O preco é ótimo e o hotel fica próximo à estação central, o que facilita muito a locomoção. Fora isto, os quartos são muito confortáveis e silenciosos e os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos. Também há diversos restaurantes e centros comerciais a pequenas distâncias do hotel. Não pensaria duas vezes antes de me hospedar nesse hotel novamente! ;)"

"Room towards the street was noisy during the night. Light spilled in through the curtains from the neon sign outside. We had to ask for towels and duvets to the room. Few shared toilets and showers in not great condition. "
