"When checking in, I asked if there was an upgrade available, they had a King room but were going to charge the difference, understandable, but I opted to stay with my queen room and rate. I had an issue with a slow draining bathroom sink. I requested if maintenance could look into it and repair, I was heading out for the day so timing was not an issue.
