"The parking lot was easy to find but if your turning left into it it’s a sharp turn but was easy to drive into. Was not hard to find, getting the info for the codes were easy from the staff. The room was spacious, did smell like cleaner when we walked it but opening the window helped. Liked the beds the were comfy and so were the pillows. Liked that the tv was a Roku for streaming Netflix, etc. This was my first hotel where we didn’t need a key, check in was done all over the phone. Would stay...

"I had such a relaxing stay at Tigh-Na-Mara! I was impressed that despite the size of the property, it remained incredibly quiet and peaceful throughout my visit. The scenery is absolutely stunning—being right there on the ocean is a total highlight. The Grotto Spa was an experience unlike any other; I’m already planning my next trip back just for that."

I was not asking for a refund — only minimal flexibility. Instead, they hid behind policy and demanded consent letters, credit card ID, and even a doctor's note while I was sitting in a hospital dealing with an emergency. I am not interrupting doctors and nurses to justify a hotel stay. I could not access...
