"Registration was quick and easy. The locked underground parkade was very good to have. We ate at the restaurant and the service and food were very good. The breakfast was also good- fresh baked good, cereal, toast and bags, yogurt and boiled eggs."

"It is typical 3 star property, our rooms have kitchenette. The staff are 5 star, attentive and accommodating to please the guest. Special thanks to Chrissy. The place meets our needs as a group, so surprised that they are affiliated with Paradise Mini Golf Club that our group of 11 enjoyed complementary games too. It was a great visit in Nanaimo, husbands played golf while wives enjoyed shopping and strolling the nearby beaches."

"This place was incredible. Charles was such a kind, gracious host and welcomed us to a truly unbelievable view from our room. Excellent bathroom, bed, pillows, and the location is stellar (up high overlooking the entire bay). Breakfast was thoughtful and cute - thanks for making gluten free toast. 10/10 would recommend! "The floors were filthy, not swept probably not washed in a long time. The bedding and towels were clean, but table not wiped with crumbs everywhere"

"This facility was surprisingly quite given it's proximity to a busy hiway. My room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely a good place to stay for a night or two."

"This property had all you need for an overnight stay. It was not near a beach though and the property next door was logged leaving large old growth fir trees and stumps when looking out the window. Not a great view and you will need a car to get around. Never saw the owner but her dogs were outside so we couldn't put our dogs out as fencing is not adequate. For the price which is low for the island it was all you can ask for."
