Chalés em Newcastle Island, BC

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was really close to Halloween so I enjoyed that they were able to have some form of fun while still maintaining the building and doing their jobs. Room was clean. They replaced the bedding and towels everyday. The garbages were removed as well. They respected your privacy and items. (I had left my suitcase on the bed the first day, so they didnt change the bedding. Completely my fault.) The furniture is updated. I am super nervous about glass tops...

"Staff were great, room was spacious and clean. Bed were soft so I was worried but I slept really well. While it is dated, I have no complaints, everything was good. Breakfast was basic but hey free breakfast. If in Nanaimo again, will stay again. 😁"

"Quarto limpo, ótima vista, bom café."

"Our room was very small but it had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and it was very quiet at night. There were plates and cups along with the grudge and microwave. We didn’t use them but it was nice to know they were there. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again."

"The value for money is good. The room smells of cigarettes and dust. There is carpet on the floor that collects dust."

"5 star will stay again"

"As always, staying at The Spot in Nanaimo was a wonderful experience. The place was super clean and well-stocked, and the staff were as lovely as ever."

"Was a bit disappointed in our stay. The first night we were in “Jedidiah” which was clean but dark, damp and outdated. After requesting an upgrade we were relocated to an ocean front room which was significantly better. Staff were very helpful and the beach was beautiful, but it wasn’t great money for value especially the Grotto Spa."

"Well recommended. Very clean, accommodating and friendly staff."

"Beautiful view"
