This has been raised as an area of improvement and we will be implementing further staff training so we are better equipped to help guests if this occurs in the future. Unfortunately our car parking is subject to availability and not guaranteed, we do apologise that this was full when you arrived for your stay, and that you were impacted by the traffic – our central location is mostly a positive, however this can sometimes come with noise and we understand this is not always ideal.
