You have your very own private balcony which offers glimpses of the lake through the native bushland and a private courtyard.

Please note; there is no designated parking for this villa, you will have parking available throughout the resort. The closest raffertys resort guest parking bay is located in the side street to the left of the property.

Important message for guests organising events.
We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet resort neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
